The first arc of the story ends here, as well as the manga. The author had started writing the next arc but unfortunately never finished it.
The four extra chapters were never published in manga form, which I think makes sense, since it's better to end an unfinished story after a completed arc rather than in the middle of nowhere. And even then, out of the four, the first two seem to be summary chapters, and the other two filler chapters, so no big loss here.
